The beaches
The Pacific corridor (Coronado and neighbours) offers sun, sea and a strong expat community within reach of the city. Expect heat, humidity and a commute if you need the capital often.
The highlands
Boquete, Volcán and El Valle deliver spring-like weather, greenery and slower living, at the cost of distance from big-city amenities.
