Machete Kites is a kitesurf, wing and foil school, shop and club at the end of the Punta Chame peninsula, part of Panama’s Pacific beach corridor famous for kitesurfing, running lessons with IKO-certified instructors since 2000. The spot offers a wide beach with reliable daily wind during the kiting season from December to April. On-site facilities include a grassy rigging area, showers, campsites, a restaurant, accommodation and kite repair, making it a full-service base for riders staying multiple days. As one of the longer-established schools on the peninsula, Machete Kites serves both first-time students taking lessons and experienced kiters looking for gear, repairs or a place to rig and store equipment near the water.
